As an Enterprise Account Manager at Wolt, you will take full ownership of a focused portfolio of Finland's most strategically significant retail partnerships. This role involves managing national-scale accounts with complexity, ambition, and visibility, aiming to drive growth and profitability through services adoption, store expansions, and hands-on day-to-day management.

Your primary responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies for your portfolio of partners, managing overall portfolio performance to meet commercial KPIs such as revenue and product adoption, and upselling and implementing new products and services like Wolt+, Ads, Wolt Drive, and Wolt Capital. Additionally, you will renegotiate and expand commercial agreements to increase long-term partner value, host business reviews and market visits, and collaborate across teams to solve challenges and deliver the best outcomes for partners.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of professional experience, a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience), and proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success with large partners. A strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate and manage key relationships, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach, and fluency in Finnish and English are essential.
