Smartsheet is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join our Large Enterprise Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving software sales and expanding our presence across a designated territory of large enterprise accounts. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely within the United States and reports to a Regional Director of West Coast Enterprise Sales.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed software and services sales quotas within your assigned book of business, which includes verticals such as High Tech, Semiconductor, Healthcare Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Retail. You will execute a solution-based sales process involving multiple groups within enterprise accounts, manage strategic renewals with IT and business units, and develop new business opportunities by proactively targeting high-value needs across various departments. Additionally, you will collaborate with Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, Sales Development, and Customer Success teams to support the full sales cycle and close business.

The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of full-cycle sales experience in a technology-oriented field, preferably SaaS, with a minimum of three years working with enterprise-level accounts exceeding 10,000 employees. You should possess a proven track record of maintaining customer relationships in a B2B environment, experience in prospecting and managing a designated territory to maximize revenue growth, and the ability to research accounts to uncover up-sell opportunities. Proficiency in CRM and BI software, such as Salesforce and Tableau, is essential, along with a passion for working with new technologies and technical concepts. A bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education is required.

Smartsheet offers a competitive base salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 USD, with actual compensation determined by factors including experience, skills, and location.
