Enterprise Account Director - New Business (BFSI)
Diligent Corporation is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to spearhead revenue growth and deepen customer engagement within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This pivotal role involves introducing new clients to Diligent's cutting-edge governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions, positioning the company as a leader in the industry. The Enterprise Account Director will operate within a dynamic, high-growth environment, collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
In this role, the Enterprise Account Director will proactively build deep knowledge of Diligent's products and business priorities, adopting a solutions-selling approach to understand and address customer needs. Responsibilities include prospecting new business within the BFSI territory, developing and executing account plans to meet revenue targets, and coordinating with sales stakeholders to prioritize actions for assigned accounts. The director will also create specialized business plans for prospective customers, lead feedback loops with product management and marketing, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle using the MEDDPICC methodology.
Candidates should have over seven years of success in new business acquisition, particularly within highly regulated industries such as BFSI, SaaS, or GRC. The role requires the ability to build trust and influence senior leaders, exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, and a passion for continuous learning. A self-motivated, results-driven approach is essential to thrive in this dynamic, fast-paced environment.
