English and Romanian Speaking Support Associate - Remote work
Wolt is seeking a full-time English and Romanian Speaking Support Associate to join our remote support team. As a rapidly growing technology company, Wolt connects customers with a wide range of local businesses through our delivery platform, operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless experience for our users and partners worldwide.
In this position, you will handle customer inquiries via chat and phone, acting as the primary link between our courier partners, merchant partners, and end users. Your responsibilities include providing prompt and effective feedback, resolving escalations, managing technical issues, and overseeing operations in various cities. Maintaining a high standard of customer experience and monitoring daily performance are key aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy to find optimal solutions for all parties involved. Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Fluency in both Romanian and English (C1 level) is required, along with a high school diploma. While previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
