Engineering Manager, TRM

Topstep is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team within TRM Engineering, responsible for developing products used by funded traders and internal teams. This includes the trader-facing web experience, account and onboarding flows, payments and payouts, and internal business tools. The role emphasizes technical leadership, focusing on system quality, delivery cadence, and team health, in collaboration with senior engineers, Product, Design, QA, and infrastructure partners. While occasional hands-on work is welcome, it is not a primary expectation.
