Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate

Topstep is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Legal Counsel to join our fast-paced Legal team as a corporate generalist. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role involves providing broad-based legal support across corporate governance, commercial contracting, litigation management, and technology matters for our fintech, trading evaluation, and tech offerings. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of corporate, transaction, and commercial legal experience, either in-house or at a law firm, advising fintech, SaaS, or similar businesses. A solid grounding in commercial contracting, corporate governance, and data privacy and cybersecurity matters is essential.
