Engineering Manager-Salesforce
As an Engineering Manager-Salesforce at Fictiv, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to developing and optimizing our Salesforce platform. Fictiv is a global manufacturing and supply chain company that enables organizations to scale across our four global manufacturing centers in India, Mexico, China, and the U.S. We have delivered over 35 million parts for industries such as aerospace, robotics, automotive, and climate tech, helping them innovate faster and drive profitable growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing the Salesforce engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning. You will collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions. Your leadership will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, managing complex integrations and modernizing the Salesforce roadmap while reducing technical debt.
The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of engineering experience, including at least 7 years of hands-on work with Salesforce. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs is essential. Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, and Data Cloud is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills, a track record of building and managing high-performing teams, and the ability to drive Agile excellence are critical for success in this role.
