Engineering Intern
Celonis is seeking an Engineering Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge process intelligence platform. In this role, you will collaborate with your engineering team on the design, development, and testing of features in Celonis’s cloud product. You will write clean, well-structured code using our modern tech stack, which includes Angular, Spring Boot, C++17, and Kubernetes. You will contribute to real product work with ownership of specific features or components. Additionally, you will work closely with senior engineers and your mentor to grow your technical skills and broaden your understanding of large-scale software systems. Participation in code reviews, standups, and team rituals will provide a full picture of how high-performing engineering teams operate.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. You should have at least one completed internship or relevant project experience demonstrating hands-on coding skills. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript, C++) is required, along with familiarity with software development fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design. A collaborative, team-first mindset with the initiative to take ownership and follow through is essential.
