Engenheiro(a) de Automação (QA) Sênior

This role focuses on ensuring the quality, security, reliability, and predictability of our products before they are deployed to production. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, utilizing modern automation tools and generative AI technologies to enhance testing processes.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing automated tests for AI-based systems, such as validating agent behaviors, interactive interfaces, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. The engineer will also leverage generative AI tools to accelerate test script creation, analyze critical scenarios, and improve testing strategies. Additionally, the role involves integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in object-oriented programming languages, particularly Java, and experience with testing methodologies and tools. Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD), or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) is essential. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a passion for testing and automation, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
