EMEA Product Designer

Gong is seeking a highly motivated Product Designer to join its team in Dublin, focusing on crafting and delivering innovative solutions for one of Gong's key product areas. This role involves developing concepts, creating wireframes, and delivering detailed designs to enhance user experiences within the company's AI-driven revenue intelligence platform.

The Product Designer will be responsible for driving user experience and design initiatives, acting as a user advocate by embedding user-centered design principles to create intelligent and user-friendly digital experiences. Collaboration with product teams and engineers is essential to bring these designs to life, as well as developing and refining UI pattern libraries and guidelines.

Candidates should have over three years of experience in designing flows, experiences, and user interfaces for web and mobile products, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector. Proficiency in rapid and high-fidelity prototyping tools, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with user research methodologies are required. Experience with Figma and other design tools, as well as a degree in a related field, are advantageous. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present a portfolio of recent work are also essential.
