Email Deliverability Consultant
The Email Deliverability Consultant role at Braze is centered around guiding customers through best practices and strategic approaches to improve their email deliverability. Working as part of the Customer Success team, this consultant supports Braze’s mission to help brands build meaningful customer relationships and optimize communication strategies in the rapidly evolving landscape of customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include partnering with clients to analyze and enhance their email programs, providing expert advice on deliverability issues, and conducting technical audits. The consultant will troubleshoot problems, offer solutions for optimal inbox placement, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day work involves direct customer interactions, generating deliverability reports, and delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of email deliverability, including authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sender reputation management, and ESP and ISP behaviors. A strong background in customer-facing roles, excellent analytical skills, and experience with email marketing platforms are essential. The ability to translate technical concepts to business outcomes and a data-driven mindset are highly valued for this position.
