eDiscovery | VP, PM

AlixPartners is seeking a Vice President of Project Management (VP, PM) to lead its eDiscovery & Digital Forensics team. This role involves overseeing the entire e-discovery lifecycle, from preservation and collection to processing, review, and production of electronic evidence. The VP, PM will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient and defensible data management strategies.

Key responsibilities include establishing and implementing protocols for the e-discovery process, managing large data sets, and advising clients on data collection for large-scale litigation cases. The VP, PM will also be expected to master industry-standard software tools to develop custom solutions tailored to client requirements and to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues through written reports and presentations.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field, with a minimum of six years of professional or consulting experience in eDiscovery. Experience with tools such as EnCase, Cellebrite, BlackBag, Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Basic, framework, Microsoft Access, SQL, Microsoft Exchange, and Lotus Notes/Domino is preferred. Strong project management skills, the ability to engage technically while bringing commercial acumen, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
