eDiscovery | VP, PM
AlixPartners is seeking a Vice President of Project Management (VP, PM) to lead their eDiscovery and Digital Forensics team. This role involves overseeing complex projects related to electronic discovery and data forensics, ensuring efficient and defensible data collection and analysis strategies. The VP, PM will collaborate closely with clients, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results in urgent, high-stakes situations.
Key responsibilities include establishing and implementing protocols for the e-discovery life cycle, managing large data sets, and advising clients on data collection for large-scale litigation cases. The VP, PM will also oversee project teams, ensure quality control, and actively participate in client discussions and meetings. Additionally, the role requires the ability to engage technically while bringing commercial acumen and client-facing confidence.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field, with a minimum of six years of professional or consulting experience in eDiscovery. Experience with industry-standard software tools such as EnCase, Cellebrite, BlackBag, Microsoft SQL Server, and Relativity is preferred. Strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment are essential.
