Document Retrieval Specialist (Remote)
ABC Legal Services is seeking a Document Retrieval Specialist to join our e-Fulfillment team. As the national leader in service of process, we have a team of over 1,000 professionals across multiple offices, with our headquarters in Seattle. This remote position requires residency in specific states, including Arkansas, Michigan, South Carolina, and others.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email platforms. You will collaborate closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to manage projects, resolve issues, and achieve shared objectives. Additional duties include participating in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge and completing assigned projects as needed.
The ideal candidate possesses a high school diploma or GED and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. While no prior experience is necessary, data entry experience is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute are required. A strong ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and work effectively as part of a team is essential.
