Customer Service Representative (Remote)

ABC Legal Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As the national leader in service of process, we have a team of over 1,000 professionals across various U.S. offices, with our headquarters in Seattle. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional legal support services.

In this position, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries related to existing orders, managing high-volume phone calls, and assisting new customers with order placements. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to emails, coordinating with process servers, documenting issues, and occasionally retrieving information from court dockets. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure the timely completion of orders.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, along with 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF editing tools is preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately, and a typing speed of at least 55 words per minute are essential. Candidates must be able to maintain composure in high-pressure situations and proactively address potential issues.
