Director, Strategy & Planning | United States | Remote

Grafana Labs is seeking a Director of Strategy & Planning to lead its Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This remote role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define growth strategies, analyze business performance, and establish data-driven decision-making processes within the GTM framework. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consumption-based SaaS, understanding how customer adoption and usage translate into revenue over time, and will guide GTM capacity, productivity, and investment decisions across Sales, SE, CX, SDR, and Partners.
