Director, Strategic Alliances EMEA
Diligent Corporation is seeking a Director of Strategic Alliances for the EMEA region to define and execute partnership strategies. This senior individual contributor role focuses on identifying, structuring, and closing strategic partner-led deals to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth. The position emphasizes partnerships with advisory and consulting firms, particularly the Big 4 and Tier 2, as well as large resellers and channel partners.
Key responsibilities include executing the EMEA partner strategy in alignment with global objectives, identifying and securing strategic partnerships, and developing tailored partner value propositions. The role also involves establishing scalable partnership models, driving partner-sourced revenue, collaborating with sales teams for co-selling initiatives, and supporting partners in positioning and delivering Diligent's solutions. Additionally, the director will lead high-value partnership discussions, identify new market entry opportunities, and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
Candidates should have over 12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, or enterprise sales within SaaS, risk, or enterprise software companies. A deep understanding of the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) business, including how advisory and consulting firms structure and sell risk, audit, and compliance work, is essential. A proven track record in sourcing, structuring, and closing strategic partnerships that drive revenue is required. Experience operating as a senior individual contributor with high ownership and autonomy in fast-growing or early-stage environments is also necessary.
