Director, Renewal Management
The Director of Renewal Management at Conga leads the global renewals organization, focusing on customer retention, recurring revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless renewal experience across all customer segments. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, overseeing a globally distributed team, and collaborating cross-functionally to maintain operational excellence and accurate forecasting.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing a global renewals strategy aligned with company goals, building scalable processes to enhance efficiency and reduce churn risk, and leading quarterly planning and strategic initiatives. The director will also mentor a high-performing global renewals team, establish clear performance expectations, and partner with various departments to drive price increases, multi-year strategies, and expansion opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading high-volume, transactional renewal operations in a SaaS or subscription-based business, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA being highly desirable.
