Director, Product & Technology Operations
The Director of Product & Technology Operations at Ridgeline is a pivotal leadership role responsible for unifying Product Operations, Engineering and QA Operations, and Project Management into a cohesive operational model. This position collaborates closely with business and functional leaders to translate company priorities into actionable plans, enhance decision-making processes, and foster a culture of quality and operational discipline. The role also involves leveraging advanced technologies and AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Glean, to improve operational efficiency and execution quality across Product and Technology teams.
Key responsibilities include developing and evolving operating models that enable alignment among Product, Engineering, and Quality leaders, establishing and maturing operating standards to increase consistency and accountability, and creating dashboards and operating reviews to provide clear visibility into priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies. The Director will also oversee a portfolio of key technology initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, milestone discipline, and cross-functional alignment, while applying AI and automation to strengthen operational efficiency and decision support.
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in operations, program leadership, or similar cross-functional leadership roles, with at least 8 years in people leadership, demonstrating a track record of building and retaining high-performing teams. Proven success in partnering with senior leaders to translate business priorities into operating plans and measurable outcomes is essential. Experience in building operating models, governance structures, and management systems within complex product and technology organizations is required, along with strong familiarity with systems such as Jira and Productboard. Fluency with AI tools and a learning mindset to deepen expertise in cutting-edge technologies are also important.
The typical starting salary range for this role is $194,000 to $267,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, Ridgeline offers a comprehensive benefits package, including unlimited vacation, educational and wellness reimbursements, and $0 cost employee insurance plans. Employees are also eligible to participate in the Company Stock Plan, subject to the applicable Stock Option Agreement.
