Director, Product Management
Diligent Corporation is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of Stewardship Intelligence, a core data product within Diligent Market Intelligence. This role involves overseeing both Product Management and Research teams, focusing on delivering intelligence related to meetings, executive compensation, corporate governance, and proxy voting. The position is based in London, England, United Kingdom.
In this role, you will be responsible for refining the product vision, strategy, and prioritization for the Stewardship Intelligence portfolio. You will lead and develop the Product Management and Research teams, establishing clear priorities and effective collaboration methods, with an emphasis on integrating AI where possible. Additionally, you will work closely with Engineering and UX teams to define, build, and launch high-quality product experiences and Data-as-a-Service capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Product Management, Research Operations, or Data Products, with a proven track record of leading teams and setting strategies for complex products or datasets. Mandatory domain experience in stewardship, proxy voting, corporate governance, executive compensation, investor relations, or a closely related capital-markets domain is required. Exceptional communication, analytical judgment, and stakeholder-management skills are essential.
