Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a high-growth technology company. The ideal candidate will possess strong business and financial acumen, proven ability to deliver commercial results in dynamic environments, and experience influencing executive stakeholders. Strategic negotiation expertise and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams are essential. Familiarity with tools such as ZIP and NetSuite is highly valued.
