The Director will lead and mentor a team of People Partners, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. Additionally, the role involves leading organizational transformation programs, addressing structural and leadership ambiguities, and championing initiatives to re-engineer critical HR and talent processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role within a large, complex, and fast-paced UK operating environment. They should possess deep expertise in UK employment law, HR best practices, and strategic application of HR principles to complex business challenges. Proven ability to partner with, coach, and influence senior business leaders effectively on strategic people-related matters is essential. Experience in leading and successfully implementing large-scale talent management and organizational development initiatives is also required.
