Director of MRO and PD Services
The Director of MRO and PD Services at Fictiv is a strategic commercial leader responsible for expanding the company's Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) and Product Development (PD) Services portfolio. This role combines operational expertise with business development acumen to drive service revenue, deepen customer partnerships, and deliver high-impact technical solutions that enhance long-term value creation. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, the Director will play a pivotal role in scaling Fictiv's service platform and fueling the next chapter of the company's commercial expansion.
Key responsibilities include owning the strategy and P&L for MRO and PD Services, driving sustainable growth, margin expansion, and customer loyalty. The Director will identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and emerging markets, develop service-based revenue streams that complement core product sales, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to position MRO and PD offerings as key differentiators in the market. Additionally, the role involves developing go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value propositions that align with customer needs and profitability goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial leadership within manufacturing, industrial services, or B2B technology environments is required. Proven success in growing service-based revenue and leading P&L responsibility, along with a deep understanding of MRO operations, product development services, and customer lifecycle management, are essential. Strong financial and analytical skills, experience in pricing, forecasting, and business modeling, and excellent relationship management, negotiation, and executive communication skills are also necessary.
