Director, Management & Technology (DACH) - CPG/Retail
The Director, Management & Technology (DACH) - CPG/Retail at Celonis is a leadership role based in Munich, Germany, overseeing the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail sectors across the DACH region. Key responsibilities include owning annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets, renewal forecasts, and net retention for the DACH CPG & Retail sector. The director will lead and mentor a team of Value Engineers, ensuring high standards through proactive coaching and performance management. Serving as a Celonis Executive Sponsor, the director will engage in critical deals, lead executive meetings, value sprints, and strategic transformation workshops. Additionally, the role involves partnering with customer executives to position Celonis as the foundation for modern process intelligence and Agentic AI adoption.
Candidates should have a proven track record in leading pre-sales, management consulting, or value engineering teams within Enterprise SaaS, Enterprise AI, or Management Consulting. Deep domain expertise in supply chain, procurement, fulfillment, and operational processes within the CPG & Retail industries is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage or mentor a team of 6–7 high-performing individuals, with a strong passion for team coaching and talent development, is required. Strong business acumen with experience owning ACV, net retention, and renewal pipeline metrics is also necessary.
