Figure is seeking a Director, Crypto Protocols, to lead the development and implementation of PRIME, a premier RWA DeFi token, as part of the platform. This role is central to integrating institutional assets with crypto-native frameworks, focusing on technical strategy and architectural execution across Ethereum, Solana, and other networks. The position is designed for a team leader who excels in hands-on development, with approximately 90% of the role dedicated to engineering and 10% to administrative tasks.
