Director, Commercial Legal

Temporal Technologies is seeking a Director of Commercial Legal to establish and lead its commercial legal function. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role involves building scalable contracting frameworks, implementing a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, and creating sales enablement materials. The Director will also manage a contracts manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and forward-looking commercial terms.
