The Director of Client Transformation at WPP Media is a pivotal role within the Client Leadership team, reporting directly to the Senior Client Partner. Key responsibilities include working closely with Strategy Leads to develop and implement central strategies, managing the process from brief to campaign completion. The Director will oversee network management, lead strategic projects, and ensure the comprehensive use of WPP Open across all teams to maintain consistent output. Additionally, the role involves supporting thought leadership initiatives and contributing to relevant pitches related to the business.

The ideal candidate will have extensive media agency experience in both strategic and performance environments, strong analytical skills, and a depth of experience in client management within matrix organizations. Proficiency in the latest digital media solutions, including programmatic and social media, is essential. A strong understanding of eCommerce and the ability to balance strategic investments between eCommerce and brand initiatives are also required. Exceptional client relationship-building skills and the ability to lead multiple internal stakeholders across various disciplines are crucial.
