Digital Delivery Manager
The Digital Delivery Manager at Hut 8 is responsible for overseeing the creation, coordination, and governance of digital project data across the company's expanding portfolio of data center and energy infrastructure programs. This role extends beyond traditional Building Information Modeling (BIM) management, encompassing the entire digital delivery lifecycle—from model creation and clash coordination to asset naming governance, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) planning, and digital twin strategy. Operating at the intersection of construction technology and operational readiness, the Digital Delivery Manager ensures that all digital artifacts produced during design and construction are accurate, standards-compliant, and structured to serve the organization long after project handover.
Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing Hut 8’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP), establishing enterprise-wide standards for model creation, file structures, naming conventions, and data interoperability across all active and future projects. The role involves configuring and governing Autodesk Construction Cloud, managing user permissions, submittal workflows, model publishing protocols, and issue tracking to maintain a disciplined, auditable digital environment. Additionally, the Digital Delivery Manager leads clash detection and model coordination efforts, identifying and resolving spatial conflicts across various disciplines before they impact field execution. The position also drives CMMS planning and asset data integration strategies, ensuring seamless transition from construction tools to operational maintenance systems at project handover.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with over four years of experience in BIM management, digital delivery, or project controls within industrial, energy, or data center sectors. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, including workflow customization, permissions management, submittal processes, and model coordination, is essential. Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, or comparable BIM and model coordination platforms is required. Familiarity with CMMS platforms and understanding of ISO 19650 principles in project data management and digital delivery governance are also important. Experience developing and enforcing BIM Execution Plans across multi-disciplinary project teams, including coordination with external EPC partners, is highly valued.
