Deal Desk Analyst
The Deal Desk Analyst at OneTrust plays a pivotal role in supporting the execution of contract structuring and post-sales changes by adhering to established policies, workflows, and best practices. This position offers an opportunity to develop commercial acumen while accurately processing a high volume of requests and effectively managing complex or non-standard scenarios.
Key responsibilities include assisting in structuring and configuring deals under defined guidelines, supporting standard deal motions, and processing post-sales contractual changes such as amendments, re-bills, and restructures. The role also involves serving as a first point of operational support for Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Recognition inquiries, ensuring data integrity across the Quote-to-Bill lifecycle, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, with 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Operations, or similar operational roles. Exposure to SaaS, subscription-based business models, or B2B sales environments is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce and/or CPQ tools is advantageous, along with a basic understanding of quote-to-cash or order management concepts.
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $69,375 to $104,062.50 USD, with additional benefits including comprehensive healthcare coverage, flexible paid time off, equity in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs), annual performance bonuses, retirement account support, and 14+ weeks of paid parental leave.
