About the Role
At Solace, data is at the core of how we operate. As we scale, the complexity of our data and the volume of our strategic initiatives are growing exponentially. We are looking for a highly product-aligned Data Analytics Lead to serve as a "player-coach" for our data team.
In this role, you will directly manage and mentor a team of talented Data Analysts, while continuing to roll up your sleeves as an individual contributor on our most critical, high-impact projects.
