About the Role
We’re looking for a Community Engagement Associate to support our company’s presence across our social media and review channels. This includes Meta, Reddit, Trustpilot, and Better Business Bureau. This person will play a critical role in shaping how our brand is perceived by responding thoughtfully, quickly, and consistently to feedback.
