The Customer Success Representative LATAM at INFUSE is a remote, contract position focused on delivering exceptional client experiences within the Latin American market. As part of the Client Success team, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the company's success. INFUSE is a global high-performance demand partner, specializing in delivering demand strategies and outcomes for esteemed B2B brands.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to client needs and objectives. The role also involves clearly communicating the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders, identifying and cultivating growth opportunities within the assigned territory, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve growth targets. Additionally, the representative will assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed and provide support across various administrative and operational tasks, such as data entry, updating internal systems, and managing schedules.

Candidates should have a proven track record of managing client relationships, preferably in fields such as hospitality, client success, or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. An empathetic understanding of client needs and the ability to address them effectively are crucial, as is the capacity to proactively offer solutions to challenges.
