INFUSE is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our team, focusing on the Latin American market. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. Your duties will include communicating the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, identifying and growing opportunities within the territory, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve growth targets. Additionally, you will assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed and provide support across various administrative and operational tasks, such as data entry, updating internal systems, and managing schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, preferably in fields such as hospitality, client success, or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to handle various tasks with attention to detail and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. An empathetic understanding of client needs and the ability to address them effectively is crucial, as is the capacity to proactively offer solutions to challenges.
