Hut 8 is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Customer Success & Operations Associate to join our growing team in Miami, Florida. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals early in their careers who are eager to take ownership, operate across multiple functions, and grow within a fast-moving startup environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the associate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, smooth operational processes, and overall business advancement.
The primary responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for customers utilizing our clusters, managing end-to-end customer relationships, and ensuring high service standards. The associate will design and implement structured onboarding programs for new customers, set clear expectations regarding support and service level agreements, and proactively monitor customer health to address issues before they escalate. Additionally, the role involves managing the support ticketing system, overseeing technician schedules to ensure consistent coverage, and handling billing and invoicing processes. The associate will also monitor customer contract terms, manage procurement processes, and assist in capacity planning to align with operational needs and budget expectations.
Candidates should possess 2–4 years of hands-on experience in customer success, operations, or a related administrative role. A genuine passion for AI, GPU infrastructure, and emerging technologies is essential, along with a proactive approach to staying informed in these areas. The role requires availability and responsiveness outside of core hours to address customer-facing situations, reflecting the dynamic nature of infrastructure operations. An eagerness to build processes from the ground up and thrive in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
