Customer Service Representative with Polish & Spanish
Alpega Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Polish and Spanish to join our operations team. As a leading software company with over 35 years in the transportation industry, Alpega offers modular solutions to manage transportation end-to-end, enabling customers to achieve greener processes. This role is integral to our Freight Exchange (FX) Business, contributing to our mission of optimizing freight operations across Europe.
In this position, you will assist customers via phone and email, providing guidance on platform usage and addressing inquiries related to processes and documentation. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary, and ensuring customer concerns are resolved promptly. Additionally, you will support the Controlling Department with tasks such as handling cancellations, cash collection, and debt mediation.
The ideal candidate possesses native-level proficiency in Polish and fluency in English and Spanish. While previous customer service experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and a strong focus on client satisfaction are essential. Candidates should demonstrate high accuracy and attention to detail, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
This role offers a temporary contract as a replacement during sick leave, with a hybrid work model emphasizing remote work.
