As a Customer Engagement Project Manager at Lighthouse, you will be responsible for leading and executing customer engagement initiatives that enhance support for non-managed accounts throughout the customer lifecycle. This role involves project management, customer operations, and campaign execution, focusing on designing, launching, and optimizing programs that facilitate successful onboarding, sustained engagement, and value realization for customers.

Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing internal initiatives to improve customer engagement across onboarding, risk prevention, and lifecycle touchpoints. You will build and run targeted campaigns using customer engagement platforms, support churn-reduction efforts by identifying at-risk customers, measure campaign performance, and collaborate with teams to enhance scalable onboarding experiences. Additionally, applying AI and tooling to increase efficiency in campaign workflows and project execution will be essential.

The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, experience in customer operations, and a proven track record in campaign execution. Proficiency with customer engagement platforms such as Gainsight or similar tools is required. The role demands the ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders, and utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions. A background in AI applications within customer engagement processes is advantageous.
