As a Customer Care Specialist at MISUMI, you will be the primary point of contact for our US-based customers, managing quotations, sales orders, and post-order inquiries. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience, reflecting MISUMI's commitment to service excellence. You will work closely with internal teams to uphold our standards of speed, precision, and reliability.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing and processing quotations and sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to MISUMI's 30-minute turnaround expectations. You will handle customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses. Additionally, you will manage quality issues, order investigations, and documentation requests, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve any challenges that arise.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or a minimum of six years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with strong listening, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a self-starter mentality with a strong sense of accountability are also required.
