Creatives Delivery Associate

INFUSE is seeking a Creatives Delivery Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with international clients, including industry leaders such as Microsoft, Google, and Lenovo. As part of our innovative company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between our web design and copywriting teams, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products in the American market.

In this position, you will be responsible for distributing tasks between the web design and copywriting teams, facilitating effective communication with the Client Success and Campaign Manager departments. Your day-to-day activities will include planning tasks and requests using Google Docs, monitoring task deadlines, coordinating interactions between teams, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in task tables.

The ideal candidate will possess an Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency and be a confident PC user with strong skills in Excel and Google Drive/Sheets. Multitasking abilities and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.

We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience and skills, with monthly payments processed via Invoice through Payoneer. This is a remote position with a contractual agreement, following a 5/2 work schedule (8-hour working day) from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM EEST (Monday to Friday).
