Creatives Delivery Associate

INFUSE is seeking a highly organized and driven individual to join our team as a Creatives Delivery Associate. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on projects in the American market, collaborating with large international clients such as Microsoft, Google, Lenovo, HP, Oracle, IBM, Cisco, Intel, Samsung, Panasonic, VMware, and Red Hat. As a Creatives Delivery Associate, you will oversee the collaboration between our web design and copywriting teams, ensuring seamless workflow and interaction with our Client Success and Campaign Manager departments. Your responsibilities will include distributing tasks between teams, participating in rallies, planning tasks and requests using Google Docs, controlling task due dates, coordinating all interaction processes between teams, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in task tables.

The ideal candidate will possess an Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency, be a confident PC user with good Excel skills, and have experience with Google Drive/Sheets. Multitasking abilities and initiative are essential for success in this role.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience and skills, with monthly payments made without delay via Invoice through Payoneer. This is a remote position with a contract work schedule of 5/2 (8-hour working day) from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM EEST (Monday to Friday).
