Creative Director
WPP Media is seeking a Creative Director to lead and enhance the agency's creative strategies and outputs. This role involves overseeing a multidisciplinary creative team, including Motion, Production, and Brand Experience, to deliver innovative solutions that align with client objectives and the agency's unique approach.
The Creative Director will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies that drive business impact, elevating the quality of creative proposals across all accounts, and mentoring the creative team to foster a culture of excellence. Additionally, the role includes optimizing creative processes to maximize productivity and acting as a trusted creative partner for clients.
Candidates should have substantial experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams within an agency environment, a proven track record in developing and executing impactful creative strategies, and expertise in managing relationships with major clients. A deep understanding of current trends and technologies in the creative and media sectors is essential, along with the ability to identify growth opportunities and enhance client relationships. A higher education degree in Advertising, Design, Communication, or related fields is required.
