Creative & Design Senior Associate
The Creative & Design Senior Associate at WPP Media is responsible for developing high-quality digital creative assets for global brands across eight Latin American markets. This role focuses on delivering visually engaging and consistent content for digital campaigns, social media, and advertising initiatives, contributing to WPP Media's mission of creative transformation and growth for clients.
Key responsibilities include leading the creation of digital campaigns, social media content, and motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The Senior Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and innovative design solutions, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in digital graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social media content, and motion graphics. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma is required. Experience in video editing, basic animation, and motion graphics is essential, with knowledge of HTML/CSS and Google Web Designer being desirable. Strong collaboration, communication, and attention-to-detail skills are also important, along with familiarity with generative AI tools such as Midjourney and Adobe Firefly.
