Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of the State Bar. A minimum of 3 years of experience in intellectual property licensing, preferably within the entertainment industry, is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential for success in this role.
