Corporate Paralegal

Fivetran is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join its expanding Legal team. This role involves providing essential support across the Corporate Legal function, reporting directly to the Associate General Counsel (Corporate). The ideal candidate will possess substantial transactional experience and the capability to independently develop and implement corporate processes, including policies and record management. As part of a small team within a rapidly growing organization, the candidate should demonstrate sound judgment in handling complex, multi-jurisdictional corporate work and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This full-time position is based in Denver, Colorado, with a hybrid work model that includes two days in the office each week to foster team connection and collaboration.
