Corporate Counsel

Flagship Pioneering is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its legal team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for providing legal support across various aspects of the company's operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of a state bar. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting, is required. Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance is essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, are also important.
