A key responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with external search firms and recruiters to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality candidate submissions. The coordinator also develops and implements creative approaches to candidate pipeline development, such as employer branding and leveraging LinkedIn for outreach.
Candidates should have at least five years of recruitment experience within the professional services industry or a search firm. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systems like Taleo or Workday is essential. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills are crucial, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The role also requires effective time management and strong administrative skills to balance multiple projects and priorities.
