The Coordenador de SRE at Experian leads and develops the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Database Administration (DBA) teams, promoting best practices in engineering and reliability. This role ensures system availability and performance, focusing on Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The coordinator supervises incident management, postmortems, and risk mitigation plans, while fostering automation of operational and infrastructure processes through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Key responsibilities include collaborating with development teams to enhance application resilience, managing observability strategies encompassing monitoring, logging, and tracing, and supporting the evolution of data architecture in partnership with DBAs. The role also involves planning for capacity, scalability, and security of environments, defining and reporting key reliability and performance indicators, and continuously improving team workflows by promoting agile rituals and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should have prior experience in technical leadership or coordination of SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure teams. A solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is essential. Proficiency with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog), relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), and familiarity with security practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible) are required. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, a data-driven mindset, and experience in defining and tracking technical KPIs are also important.
