The candidate should have expertise in microservices architecture, REST and GraphQL APIs, unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito, and both relational and non-relational databases. Experience with containerized microservices (Docker, Kubernetes), application observability tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana), and cloud solutions, particularly AWS, is also essential.
