Content Designer Pleno

Experian is seeking a Content Designer Pleno to join its Technology department, focusing on creating user-centric content that enhances product experiences. The Content Designer will be responsible for crafting concise and engaging content for product interfaces, user flows, and functionalities, ensuring a seamless user experience. Additionally, the role involves supporting AI initiatives by implementing best practices and consistency, as well as driving product adoption through effective onboarding strategies.

Candidates should have experience in creating content style guides and content operations, as well as familiarity with conversational AI products. A strong understanding of customer and user journeys is essential. Proficiency in content design, conversational design, UX design, and product development is required.
