This role is integral to the firm's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance. The Compliance Associate will work closely with the firm's Global Litigation Group, contributing to a team dedicated to excellence and innovation in legal services.

The Compliance Associate will be responsible for conducting internal investigations, advising on regulatory compliance matters, and assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and interpreting regulatory developments, drafting compliance policies, and providing training to staff on compliance issues. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia. A minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related legal field is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential. Experience in a law firm setting and familiarity with financial services regulations are preferred.
