Commercial Territory Manager

In this position, the Commercial Territory Manager will manage a defined portfolio of customers throughout the entire sales lifecycle. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a territory sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets, conducting virtual meetings and product demonstrations, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities. Collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value. Staying current on industry trends and the competitive landscape is also crucial.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in sales or account management, is required. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems are essential. Experience working with cross-functional teams and within the channel sales model is preferred.
